Return & Refund Policy

At Southern Dugout, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Please note that all final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Southern Dugout reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
