5. Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
Final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
6. Shipping & Lost Package Liability
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Southern Dugout is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Southern Dugout is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If a package is lost in transit, customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist by providing tracking information when possible.
7. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence including shipping confirmation, delivery records, and communication history.
Accounts associated with fraudulent or excessive chargebacks may be restricted, and future orders may be refused.
Any fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods, may be reported to law enforcement.
